Return Process

  Ensure your refund request is submitted at least 10 business days before the course commencement date to qualify for a full refund minus administrative fees.

  Submit Request

  Log into your learner portal and navigate to the 'My Enrollments' section to select the 'Request Withdrawal' option for your specific course.

  Processing Period

  Our student administration team will review your application within 3 to 5 business days and notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.

  Receive Refund

  Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout, typically appearing in your account within 7 to 10 business days.
